Some people usually say the past is the past and it’s best to leave it there. Especially if you are someone who only likes to look ahead. But in my opinion, the past can be a helpful thing. I wanted to be an artist since I was a kid.
I remember the day when I was sitting at the dinner table and telling my parents what I wanted to be when I grew up. But the moment I told them that I wanted to be an artist, it wasn’t the response that I was hoping for. My parents believed that art was a hobby and that there was no future in being an artist: “You cannot make a career as an artist. You need to think of something else.”
When I first saw Wonder Woman I was over the moon with excitement.
